Effective November 4, 2026
While you play, the app reads how loud the sound around the phone is, many times a second, and turns that level into Zuprako's climb. The sound itself is never recorded, saved or sent anywhere. Only the loudest level reached in a run (the "Peak Level" number) is kept, with your score, on your device.
You can say no to microphone access. The game still works with the hold button.
If you allow it, the front camera shows your face in a small window during a run and keeps one snapshot when the run ends. Snapshots are stored in the app's album on your device (up to 60). They are not uploaded. You can turn the preview or the snapshots off in Settings, or say no to camera access altogether.
If you tap Save, the app asks iOS for permission to add that snapshot to your photo library. If you tap Share, the snapshot is passed to the iOS share sheet and goes only where you choose to send it. The app does nothing else with your photos and cannot read your photo library.
Deleting the app, or using Reset All Data in Settings, removes all of it.
The app makes no network requests. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it shares nothing with third parties.
Because nothing is collected, the app gathers no information from children either.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
